Our story began when a respected orthopedic surgeon expressed a desire to help more patients.

Javad Parvizi, M.D., Director of Clinical Research at the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, approached PRN, a company that specializes in clinical nutrition solutions. Seeking treatment options that could potentially help patients delay or avoid the need for knee replacement surgeries, Dr. Parvizi asked if we could help manufacture a natural, safe solution to support joint comfort. After years of careful scientific research, collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and nutrition experts, and intricate formulation consultations, Synogesic was born.*

Along with renowned orthopedic surgeons Peter Sharkey, M.D. and Thomas Meade, M.D.,  Dr. Parvizi conducted a clinical trial, testing whether a blend (with Turmeric Extract, Boswellia, Ginger Root, Vitamin C, Rutin, and Vitamin D) was able to improve musculoskeletal joint comfort.* Synogesic is made with the ingredients in the blend.

 

Realizing Synogesic's early success, Certainty Health Solutions was founded in 2019. The same year, we partnered with well-respected medical practices to conduct an observational study on the effects of Synogesic for their patients.  The study reported significant joint comfort - just like the clinical trial.
